How reasoning works

Every factor has a source field referencing the exact stored column (e.g. papers.has_code).
Factors only appear when their backing signal is present — no fabricated “3 VCs cited this paper” claims.
If a paper has a frozen prediction in a public batch, both the live score and the immutable frozen decomposition are shown.
