The Foresight-prediction-derived input to Signal Fusion. Weighted by confidence and recency of the frozen prediction.
Prediction Component is the Signal Fusion contribution from Foresight. It is the confidence of the active frozen prediction, attenuated by how stale the prediction is relative to the countdown. Papers with a fresh, high-confidence Foresight prediction get a strong push; expired predictions decay to zero contribution until the next batch refreshes.
