Predicted Outcome is a fixed enum every Foresight prediction must commit to. startup means a venture-backable product is likely; oss_traction means significant open-source uptake; acquisition means absorbed by an incumbent; adoption means deployed by a real customer; none means none of the above by the countdown date. The enum keeps the ledger comparable across batches.
