Hindsight Public Ledger is the auditable surface for Hindsight Calibration. Each entry carries a Buildability prediction, the observed outcome (or pending status), the timestamp, and the model iteration that issued it. The three publication states keep the ledger honest about which generation has matured enough to retrain on.
