Buildability Receipt is the signed assessment of whether a paper can be built. It carries the overall status (buildable, conditionally_buildable, not_buildable, unknown), every individual check, the evidence set with source kinds, the stratified holdout summary, the build scaffold (Dockerfile/notebook/script), and the external gates that still need to clear.
