FSX (Message Flow Sensitivity Enhanced Structural Explainer) is a hybrid framework for Graph Neural Network (GNN) explainability. It combines internal message flow analysis with a cooperative game approach to efficiently identify critical structural interactions and explain GNN predictions.
FSX is a new method to explain why Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) make certain predictions. It cleverly combines looking at how information flows inside the GNN with a game-theory approach on the input data, making it both efficient and accurate in showing which parts of the graph are most important.
