Turn a research paper into a 5-minute slide deck. Map paper sections to each slide.

Slide 1 — Title + problem (1 min)
Paper title; one-sentence problem statement

Map from: Abstract, Introduction (first 1–2 paras). One key statistic or quote.

Slide 2 — Method (1.5 min)
What you did: approach, model, data, or pipeline

Map from: Method / Approach. One diagram or flowchart. Avoid equations unless central.

Slide 3 — Results (1.5 min)
Main result: table, figure, or metric

Map from: Results / Experiments. One headline number and one comparison (e.g. vs baseline).

Slide 4 — Implications (45 sec)
So what? — impact, limitations, or next steps

Map from: Discussion, Conclusion. One takeaway for audience (practitioner, investor, or researcher).

Slide 5 — Thank you / Q&A
Contact, paper link, repo; invite questions

Tips: One idea per slide. Replace long text with a single figure or bullet list. Rehearse to 5 min and cut if over.
